For extra peace of mind, we offer our members a Price Pledge. This exclusive members-only benefit means you can be sure of the best value price at the time of booking. In the unlikely event that you find an identical HF Holidays break, with the same duration, location, and date, advertised at a lower price, you can claim the difference.
Can I claim? Price pledge check list
- You have an HF Holidays individual membership. The Price Pledge does not apply to Groups
- You haven’t yet been on your holiday, or you are within 14 days of the return date
- You’re the lead booker on the holiday
- The new advertised price applies to the same core elements of the holiday you have booked with HF Holidays (including room and activities) with the same, duration, location and date
How do I claim?

Please include;
- Your booking reference
- Full details of the holiday you have seen advertised
- Your membership number
We will respond to your email within five working days to confirm if your claim has been successful.
Price pledge terms & conditions
The HF Holidays Price Pledge available to all members excluding groups, applies to the core elements of the Holiday you have booked with HF Holidays (including room and activities) with the same duration, location and date, excluding optional upgrades or extras. The Price Pledge is applicable to the final value payable at the time of booking accounting for any discounts or promotions you may have received when booking. The Price Pledge will apply if, at any time after booking and before you travel, HF Holidays reduces the base price of the Holiday on sale to the general public. The Holiday must be available to book online with HF Holidays and like-for-like; including destination, date, itinerary, and departure airport. The Price Pledge does not apply to exclusive offers, loyalty schemes or third-party promotions or in the case of any promotions offering upgrades or extras as a free of charge add-on to the package. We are unable to honour the HF Holidays Price Pledge when we have made an obvious pricing error.
To make a claim please email us at holidayservices@hfholidays.co.uk and include your booking reference and full details of the holiday you have seen advertised. You can make a claim up to 14 days from the return date of the holiday. If your claim is upheld, we will discount the booking by the difference in price, if the final balance of your booking has already been paid, you will receive a credit note for the difference to be redeemed against a current or future holiday booked within 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue to Price Pledge at any time.
