Walking holidays in Belgium

Our holidays in Belgium focus on the WWI battlefields around Ypres. Once a bustling centre of industry ranking alongside Bruges and Ghent, it faced near annihilation in the so-called war to end all wars and saw some of the fiercest battles in military history. Fast forward to today and its now known as the City of Peace and serves as a poignant memorial to those who served in The Great War.

Elsewhere on our Belgium holidays we visit UNESCO-listed Bruges – one of Europe’s best-preserved cities. Medieval market squares lined with soaring towers and historic churches, are all linked by cobbled lanes and scenic canals.
