To proceed, please complete and submit this form, having read the important information below about Withdrawable Share Capital. To comply with guidance on how cooperatives should operate, which has been agreed by HM Treasury and our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, we now ask all applicants purchasing more than £3000 in shares for ID. Acceptable identification includes a copy of your current passport, current UK or European photocard driving licence, current UK (old paper style) driving licence, current revenue tax notifications, current local authority tax bill, or recent utility bill (no more than three months old). Please email this to membership@hfholidays.co.uk.

After sending this form, you'll receive an acknowledgement that includes information about payment. This can be ignored if you have already paid for your shares.

* Any interest paid by Society to non-UK resident individuals will be subject to mandatory withholding taxes of 20%. All interest paid will be shown on an annual statement for members to apply to their personal taxes. All withholding taxes are paid over to HMRC in the UK on time and in accordance with the guidance applicable at the time of payment. The Society reserves the right to amend the % of withholding taxes applicable on any change in taxation legislation, without providing notice accordingly.
